Chuck Sarka is a management consultant specializing in Human resources, changemanagement, teambuilding, positive employee relations, and leadership development. He hasspent the last 30 years studying group dynamics that foster positive relations between leadership teams and hourly workforces. Chuck has worked developing positive work environments and building leadership teams all over the world including, South America, Mexico, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia and Canada.

After Graduating from Heidelburg College with a BA in Economics and BS in Psychology, he went on to obtain his Masters in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University. He is certified in HBDI (Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument) and uses this thinking styles assessment tool to form high performance heterogeneous groups as well as with employees for career counseling and job enhancement.

Chuck spent the first portion of his career negotiating labor agreements and working with unionized workforces in the Automotive, Steel and foundry, Chemical, Furniture, and Welding industries. For the past 13 years he has worked with GE and Delta Airlines nonrepresented groups and leadership teams creating positive work environments and relationships that resist third party intervention.

From the basics of building competent HR teams and Departments to the development and creation of leading edge training and change initiatives, Chuck assists his clients in improving individual and organizational performance. He is currently working for TTI Floor Care North America as VP of HR

Chuck’s high-energy motivational speaking style has been used by Delta, Wells Fargo and GE to revive and transform leadership principles into everyday practices that build bottom line productivity.

Chuck and his wife Marilyn currently reside in Macedonia Ohio. They have two children, Jaclyn who after graduating from Kent State works for Ford Modeling Agency in NYC and Matthew who after graduating from Akron University is a Paramedic and Fire Fighter for local municipalities.
