Deidre White Lee Human Resources/Legal Deidre Lee, is a practicing Attorney at Law in general civil practice and criminal defense work. Admitted to the Bar in Maryland in 1981 and to the Bar in Alabama in 1990, Ms. Lee was also admitted to the U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts in both states as well. She is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and has her J.D. from the University of Baltimore, Maryland where she graduated Cum Laude, 3rd in her class. She was Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Investigations Division for the State of Maryland where she directed investigations and, where appropriate, the prosecution of white collar criminal offenders. Deidre was Assistant State's Attorney in Hartford County, Maryland, where she worked on trials involving murder, rape, white collar crime, and child abuse. She assisted investigators in preparation of grand jury cases, trials , discovery and post convictions. Ms. Lee is a lecturer on Sexual Abuse, Sexual Harassment, White Collar Crime, Hostile Work Environments, Policies and Procedures, Women in the workplace, Conduct and Ethics and other topics in public schools and college settings. Twice selected as Outstanding Young Woman of the Year in 1983 and 1984, Deidre has received much recognition for her work in her communities and profession. She received the AmJur Award in Civil Procedure and Corporations, the Heuisler Honor Society Award, Law Review, was Captain , National Moot Court Team and has served as Managing Director of the Edwin Booth Theater, in Baltimore, Maryland. A published author, noted lawyer , active in community theater and the arts Ms. Lee is intelligent, informative and powerful in helping organizations deal with legal matters such as Sexual Harassment, Hostile Work Environments and issues pertaining to human rights and the law. She assists our clients by heading legal project teams for policy and procedures in corporate life and advises on pertinent legal matters with other corporate attorneys and managers. |
